We are Swan Global looking for Recruitment Specialist (oil and Gas ) for Doha Location. Please find job details below:
Total Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition within the Oil & Gas industry

Project Duration: Permanent

Location: Industrial area

Roles And Responsibility:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both blue and white-collar positions within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the staffing needs of the

organization.
- Conduct local and overseas recruitment campaigns, ensuring compliance with all legal and

company requirements.
- Handle bulk hiring projects efficiently and effectively.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract and engage top talent.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and procedures.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Extensive experience in blue and white-collar recruitment, onboarding, and bulk hiring.
- Strong technical knowledge of oil and gas positions and industry-specific requirements.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Hindi and Arabic is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
