OFFSHORE PROJECTS

Primary purpose of job

Responsible for pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up offacilities in projects in accordance with QP procedures

andguidelines in place.

2. Minimum of twelve (15) years’ experience in design, commissioning, and start-up of oil & gas processing plants and

preferably offshore with EPIC contracting companies of which a minimum eight (8) years Commissioning Coordinator/Team

Leader in Topsides, Process Platforms etc.

3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, Leadership, and managerial skills.

4. Excellent knowledge of industry engineering standards, quality control, safety, and environmental awareness.

5. Excellent ability to interpret and review method statements, inspection and test plans, construction schedules and

drawings.

6. Ability to highlight potential bottlenecks/problems and ability to suggest solutions.

7. Ability to supervise multi-national and multi-cultural contractor workforce.

8. Relevant technical expertise. Multi-discipline engineering exposure with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

9. Good IT and analytical skills, with ability to work well under pressure.

Education

B.Sc. in an Engineering Discipline or a Diploma with extensive experience in commissioning of oil and gas projects.
