**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Source and develop client referrals.
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
- Build relations with the big Contractors.
- Specify the material with organizations responsible for sport facilities.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Understand the enquiry of his customer.
- Collect necessary document and information of the project/customer enquiry. Send to the Design team to request for quotation.
- Provide information on pipeline data.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Submit offers and close deals with clients.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Handover the signed projects to other divisions.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Conduct product training to sales team and to customers.
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
- Coach and provide feedback to team members, foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest actions as needed.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
