We are seeking a **Customer Relations Executive** for our client, a distinguished leader in the **automotive trade sector.** Known for their expertise in sourcing and delivering top-quality vehicles, this client has built a strong reputation for excellence, innovation, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. **Job Title**: Customer Relations Executive (English & Arabic Speaking)
**Location**: Barwa Commercial Avenue, Doha, Qatar
**Compensation**: Up to QAR 3,500 per month
**Working Days**: 6 days a week (Saturday to Thursday)
**Working Hours**: 8 hours per day
**Contract Duration**: 6 months (Extendable)
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:
- **Primary Point of Contact**:Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- **Customer Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and ensure long-term satisfaction
- **CRM Software Management**: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer data, track interactions, and analyze customer behavior. Ensure all customer interactions and transactions are accurately recorded in the CRM system. Generate reports from CRM software to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer relations.
- **Problem Resolution**: Proactively identify potential issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- **Customer Engagement**: Plan and execute customer engagement activities such as events, promotions, and feedback surveys to enhance customer relationships. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, particularly in the automobile sector. Provide customers with accurate information and guidance regarding product features, benefits, and usage.
- **Performance Metrics**: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and retention. Implement strategies to achieve and exceed customer service targets and KPIs.
- **Training and Development**: Continuously update personal knowledge and skills related to customer relations and the automobile industry. Assist in training new team members on CRM software and customer service best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer relations role, with substantial experience using CRM software.
- **Previous experience in the automobile industry is highly preferred.**:
- **Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant customer service tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

**Working Conditions**:
- Office-based role with occasional travel to meet clients or attend industry events.
