We are urgently looking to hire Chef De Partie, you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to our customers, you will be responsible to prepare a consistent, high quality food product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service.
- Knowledge of Food Safety standards is a must

Immediate Joiners are highly preferable

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prepare a wide variety of items such as sandwiches, breakfast items and sweets etc. following traditional and modern recipes with the best taste and finishing.

previous experience in hot, cold, pastry section from a cafe shop, or hotel is required - Prepare, cook and produce food to the company's standard, with particular -emphasis on presentation, hygiene.
- Developing new recipes for seasonal menus
- Decorating sandwiches and other hot and cold items to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation
- co-ordinates with the staff to use raw materials efficiently with maximum yield and minimum wastage
- Ensure proper cleanliness of the kitchen equipment and flooring
- Observe all safety rules and procedures - Ensure that equipment and materials are not left in dangerous stat
- Ensure proper grooming and hygiene for self and for all staff under him
- Assign the staff to follow FIFO (First IN First OUT) system of handling raw materials and processed food at all times.
- Maintains the area in a clean, safe and sanitary manner
- Completes assigned tasks as quickly as is safely practical
- Follows the resorts policies and procedures and adheres to the grooming policiesred
