CHEF DE PARTIES (On-Call Basis)

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team on an on-call basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and a proven track record of working in high-pressure kitchen environments. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work on an on-call basis, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Must be currently residing in Qatar.
  • Possession of a valid QID and Food Handling Certificate.
  • Immediate availability to join.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present dishes according to the restaurant's standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and other team members to refine menus.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
