As a key member of our communications department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to enhance our organization's visibility and reputation. - Develop and execute comprehensive media and communication strategies aligned with organizational goals - Create engaging content for various platforms, including press releases, social media posts, and website articles - Manage and grow the organization's social media presence across multiple platforms - Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and create compelling stories about our initiatives and achievements - Plan and execute media events, press conferences, and interviews - Monitor media coverage and analyze communication effectiveness using data-driven approaches - Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts and stakeholders - Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials and infographics - Manage crisis communications and respond to media inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels **What do we need from you** - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in media, communications, or public relations - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic - Strong proficiency in social media management and content creation - Experience in public relations and media relations - Solid understanding of the media landscape in Qatar and the Middle East region - Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software - Strong project management and organizational skills - Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports on communication effectiveness - Experience in crisis communications and reputation management - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities - Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work **What's in it for you?
