**Your day to day**
As a Beach club Supervisor, Ensure the setup and implementation of a complete membership structure regarding showroom, initial inquiries, new members, renewals, guest feedback, files, and records. Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are implemented and followed as well as coordinating all filings, checklists, and risk assessments. Members of the team With the guidance and supervision of the Hotel Manager and within the framework of the IHG Policies responsible for coordinating the delivery of all recreational guest services, including the spa and gym operations.

**What we need from you**
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for: - Experience in a similar capacity in a luxury hotel and/or resort - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Flexibility in shifts/schedules
