**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Financial Reporting & Analysis**: Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements, reports, and records to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- **Accounts Management**: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- **Reconciliation & Compliance**: Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and filing requirements.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Assist in the preparation of financial budgets, forecasts, and projections. Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for cost control and optimization.
- **Audit Support**: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation.
- **System Optimization**: Utilize accounting software and tools to record, process, and analyze financial data. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of financial systems.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders, including management, team members, and external parties.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 5-7 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems. Advanced MS Excel skills are highly desirable.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- **Analytical Skills**: Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- **Knowledge**: Solid understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, and budgeting. Knowledge of local taxation laws and regulations is a plus.
- **Ethics**: High ethical standards and commitment to data confidentiality.
