**Last Mile Delivery Manager****:

- Responsibilities**
- Must have the experience in cloud Kitchen concept**.**:

- Managing the aggregates.
- Planning, organizing, and overseeing the last leg of product distribution.
- Managing delivery schedules, coordinating with drivers and delivery personnel, and tracking the progress of deliveries using logistics software.
- Defining, building and executing the delivery process from delivery station to customer address.
- Ensuring enough bandwidth in territorial delivery team to ensure peak time delivery management.
- Engaging closely with the delivery team including associates, developing and maintaining a highly motivated and performance-driven team.
- Enhancing the customer experience.
- Headcount and Infrastructure planning.
- Mentoring Delivery Centre Managers.
- Designing and owning end-to-end the Last-mile unit costs strategy to meet both commercial requirements.
- Managing everything related to the last-mile delivery cycle, including in-house and partner teams.
- Maintaining all HR-related aspects of the last-mile fleet team including hiring new drivers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR13,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
