Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones para que cumplen con los estándares de higiene y seguridad alimentaria. Aconsejar sobre prácticas adecuadas de manipulación de alimentos y brindar capacitación en higiene alimentaria a todos los nuevos empleados y aprendices. Identificar áreas clave de riesgo en varias operaciones de alimentos y tomar medidas correctivas preventivas. Proporcionar consejos técnicos sobre cuestiones de etiquetado de productos para cumplir con los requisitos del gobierno. Ayudar a la gerencia con la contratación, la capacitación, la programación, la evaluación, el asesoramiento, la disciplina, la motivación, y el entrenamiento de los empleados.

Cumplir con todas las políticas y los procedimientos de seguridad y de la compañía; informar sobre las necesidades de mantenimiento, accidentes, lesiones, y condiciones de trabajo inseguras al Gerente; cumplir con el entrenamiento requerido de seguridad y las certificaciones. Asegurarse de que el uniforme esté limpio y la apariencia personal sea profesional; mantener la confidencialidad de la información propietaria; proteger los bienes de la empresa. Abordar las necesidades de servicio de los huéspedes.
