Boiler Plant Operator

We are seeking a skilled Boiler Plant Operator to join our team.

**About the role**
- Operate and maintain boilers, pumps, turbines, and associated equipment to ensure proper functioning and efficient operation.
- Monitor gauges, meters, and control systems to maintain optimal boiler performance by checking temperature, pressure, and fuel levels regularly.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and repairing equipment to ensure longevity and efficiency.
- Implement safety protocols and procedures to comply with regulations and prevent accidents. Perform safety checks and respond to emergencies as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment operations, fuel consumption, and other relevant data for regulatory compliance and analysis.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in boiler operation and maintenance preferred.
- Previous experience as a boiler plant operator or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols, regulations, and best practices in boiler operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
