The Architectural Designer is responsible for the creation of unique and executable designs for different kinds of structures.
- Develop, conceptualize and create designs for the interior of shops, offices, exhibition stands and other required structures
- Coordinate with all teams involved in the design phase including but not limited to material selection, construction and finalization of projects
- Conduct site visits to ascertain measurements and site conditions
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors and suppliers
- Prepare a list of required materials and items for the completion of each project
- Prepare presentations including estimates, costing and project timeline for presentation to the client
- Attend client meetings all throughout the tendering and execution process to understand the client’s needs
- Ensure that proposed projects are within budget and time guidelines
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
