Department

HUMAN RESOURCES

Primary purpose of job
- Provide finance and budget support function to Human Resources Department, QatarEnergy Schools and Human Capital

which includes planning, preparing, monitoring, managing and controlling their Annual Budget.
- Perform procurement contracting process from Contract Initiation, Tendering, Award and Closure.

Experience & Skills
- A minimum of 10 years finance/budget experience, preferably in the energy industry.
- Proficiency in English.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office - MS Word, Excel, Power-Point, etc.)
- Knowledge of computer financial management systems like SAP, etc.
- Hands-on experience from Contract Initiation, Tendering, Award and Closure.

Education
- An accredited Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce.
