Facilities & Maintenance Officer - Immediate Start

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in facilities management or general maintenance, preferably in F&B or hospitality
- Strong knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and independently
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or emergencies as needed

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment, fixtures, and facilities
- Respond promptly to repair requests and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general upkeep
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and installations
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Support setup and maintenance of furniture, signage, and shop layout as needed
- Report and document maintenance activities and facility conditions to management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
