Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing accounts, focusing on the sales sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all account-related matters.

Identify customer needs and deliver customized telecom solutions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive products, and potential new business opportunities.

Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Negotiate and close contracts in alignment with company policies and pricing structures.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in outdoor sales

Proven track record of success in sales, including meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Fluency in Arabic and English Language

Valid QID and eligibility to work in Qatar.

Qatar driving license and own vehicle (mandatory)

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

30 years old below (preferred)
