Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Outdoor Sales Executive based in Doha. Proven experience in sales, ideally within the beauty, spa, or salon sector. The Outdoor Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, presenting products and services, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and staying updated with market trends to provide insights on improving sales strategies. Exceptional customer service and the ability to strategically identify customer needs will be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the beauty, spa, or salon sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong local network and client relationships in Doha
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to analyze market trends and produce actionable strategies
- Previous experience in sales or a related field, especially in the region, is advantageous
- Willingness to travel locally and familiarity with the market in Doha
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
