Brill Creations is an international advertising agency known for driving growth, crafting digital arts, and curating engaging experiences. We're seeking a talented Social Media Executive to manage our clients' online presence, manage meta ads, and enhance brand awareness.

As a Junior Social Media Executive, your responsibilities will encompass:

- Manage the day-to-day posting of content in our clients' accounts.
- Crafting and executing dynamic social media content ideas.
- Create Captions and copywriting for social media contents.
- Generating compelling content across various platforms to amplify brand messaging and engagement.
- Monitoring social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry and brand and engaging with our audience in a timely manner.
- Building and maintaining a strong online community by fostering meaningful interactions, responding to comments and messages, and addressing client’s inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborating closely with the creative team to align social media strategies.
- Analyzing and reporting on the performance of social media campaigns using relevant metrics and tools, and leveraging insights to optimize future strategies.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and recommending innovative approaches.
- Meeting the clients every month for Social Media updates. In brill office and as well clients preferred locations.
- Meeting the future clients with Sales team in related to sales support, when required only.
- Meeting upcoming clients to gather information that require for the on bordering process.
- Creating monthly report that already templated for social media.
- Creating and capturing Stories for the monthly social media.
- Supporting collaborative modeling for content creations.
- Working with the team for the company Social Media account.
- Collaborative attitude required to work with a dynamic team.
- The role is not 8-5 Job nature driven only. As Social Media Executive role is require for positive work ethics.

Qualifications:

- Common Sense is Must.
- Teamwork and someone who doesn't demand an 8-5 job (It's a creative industry; dedication and work with energy is must).
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (Arabic is an added advantage).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and emerging trends will be a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, coupled with a creative and strategic mindset.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
