**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **PR Executive** to join our growing growing communications team. This role is ideal for a passionate storyteller with strong copywriting skills and a keen understanding of the media landscape. You will support the development and execution of public relations strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors, helping to build, manage, and protect their reputations through proactive and reactive communications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Media Relations & Monitoring**:

- Draft press releases, media pitches, and feature articles tailored to target media.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets.
- Monitor media coverage, track client mentions, and compile daily/weekly reports.
- Manage media databases and ensure up-to-date contact lists.
- **Copywriting & Content Creation**:

- Write compelling content for press materials, speeches, thought leadership, newsletters, social media, and website copy.
- Adapt messaging to suit different audiences, formats, and tones of voice.
- **Strategic Planning & Execution**:

- Contribute to the development of strategic PR plans and campaign calendars.
- Support in crafting communication strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends and audience behavior.
- **Reputation Management**:

- Assist in monitoring public sentiment and managing crisis communication scenarios.
- Prepare reactive statements and assist in real-time media responses.
- Participate in developing and executing proactive reputation-building campaigns.
- **Client & Account Support**:

- Attend client meetings and calls, providing timely updates and strategic input.
- Support senior team members in account management and campaign execution.
- Coordinate logistics for events, interviews, photoshoots, and press conferences.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field**.
- 1-3 years of experience in a public relations, communications, or media agency environment.
- **English as a first language** — excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- **Arabic language skills** are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of regional and international media landscapes.
- Proven experience in writing press materials, pitches, and long-form content.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and think strategically.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with media monitoring and social listening tools (e.g., LexisNexi, Meltwater, Cision, Brandwatch).
- Familiarity with manual media monitoring, google alerts, other softwares and tactics
- Basic knowledge of digital PR, influencer engagement, and social media strategy.
- Experience working with clients in sectors such as hospitality, lifestyle, corporate, or government is a plus
- fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Perfect English skills are required
- Arabic skills are preferred
- International agency and journalism roles will be considered an asset
