E&I Superintendent (Process)
**Job Description Highlights**:
- Provide Company representation in executing the site activities of EPC Contractor and its sub-contractors for all electrical, control and instrument installations.
- Leads the monitoring and oversight of the EPC Contractor’s field planning, coordination and execution activities within his area of responsibility.
- Apprises the performance of the EPC Contractor in terms of safety, quality, cost and schedule
- Prepares and provides routine verbal and written progress reports to the Site manager NFXP
- Ensure that the EPC Contractor develops, implements and sustains its Safety and Quality program
- Ensure all activities are undertaken in compliance with Company Safety, Health and Environment and Quality policies, regulations and standards.
- Contribute to the development of Qatari employees. This accountability is a condition of employment for expatriate employees.
- Ensure all activities undertaken comply with anti - trust and competition laws and the Company firewall policies and procedures.
- Bachelor of Engineering/Science in Electrical & Instrumentation.
- Valid COMPEX certification
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Good supervisory skills.
- Minimum of (10) years broad experience in all phases of construction planning, field execution and mechanical completion activities for electrical, control and instrument installations.
- Worldwide experience working with contractors and subcontractors, in particular those involved in the construction of Onshore oil, gas, chemical and/or petrochemical plant facilities.
- Middle East (preferably Qatar) 10 years working experience is preferred.

**Job Description Highlights**:

- Leads the monitoring and oversight of the EPC Contractor’s field planning, coordination and execution activities within his area of responsibility.
- Apprises the performance of the EPC Contractor in terms of safety, quality, cost and schedule
- Prepares and provides routine verbal and written progress reports to the Site manager NFXP
- Ensure that the EPC Contractor develops, implements and sustains its Safety and Quality program
- The Electrical Superintendent - HV works effectively within established and clearly defined policies and procedures and participates in the further development of these to meet changing needs.
- Works on large capital expenditure projects in a highly dynamic team environment that has tight-deadlines, high pressure and visibility, requiring accuracy, initiative and the ability to multi-task as essential skills.
- Bachelor of Engineering/Science in Electrical Engineering
- Valid COMPEX certification
- Must hold or have held a AEP or SAEP authorization
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Good supervisory skills.
- Strong understanding and demonstrable experience in the implementation of Safe Systems of Work related to operating companies Electrical Safety Rules and Isolation Procedures
- Minimum of (15) years broad experience in all phases of construction planning, field execution and mechanical completion activities for electrical installations.
- Minimum of (10) years experience in the installation, commissioning and Operation of High Voltage Equipment
- Strong understanding of high voltage power networks
- Worldwide experience working with contractors and subcontractors, in particular those involved in the construction of Onshore oil, gas, chemical and/or petrochemical plant facilities.
- Middle East (preferably Qatar) 5 years working experience is preferred.
