Are you a motivated and driven individual looking to build a successful career in real estate? World Class Real Estate is seeking dedicated Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team. As a commission-only agent, you will have the opportunity to earn unlimited income while providing exceptional service to clients in their real estate journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings.
- Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions from start to finish.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers and inspectors.

**Requirements**:

- Valid real estate license in Qatar.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a commission-based environment.

**Compensation**:

- Commission-only structure with unlimited earning potential based on sales performance.
