**Tasks**
- Create engineering and architectural drawings for the purpose of providing plans necessary for construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction department for the purpose of obtaining information on required drawings.
- Produce blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software and hardware to assist architects and engineers.
- Create scaled-down versions of building plans, which include identification of functions within building, for the purpose of supplying drawings for long-term plans.
- Duplicates blueprints using CAD equipment for the purpose of furnishing necessary copies of drawings.
- Maintain library of plans which indicates location of underground utilities for the purpose of ensuring access to such information as needed.
- Prepare documentation for the purpose of providing written support and conveying information among designers, architects and engineers.
- Maintain relationships with consultants and contractors and review the drawings to ensure adherence to project specifications.

**Requirements**:
Minimum Qualification: Diploma/Certificate in AutoCAD or related technology.

Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience as a CAD operator in Real Estate / Construction industry.

Others:

- Ability to read and understand construction plans;
- Algebra and Geometry skills
- Can interpret instruction either written, oral, diagram.

**Salary**: QAR13,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
