**Social Media Account Manager (Remotely work from Egypt, Jordan, Syria).**

**Job Purpose**:

- Responsible for Support the Marketing strategy by searching for what the audience is interested on social networks and participant, it contains content that attracts and interacts with the audience.
- Follows up the interaction on different websites.
- Sees everything that happens on social networks, and studies and analyzes the interests of the audience.
- To provide strong content that achieves the greatest benefit to the audience and achieves the highest brand loyalty rate.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conducts research and studies the target audience and current trends.
- Shares content that attracts public attention and increases the interaction rate on communication platforms.
- Designs sequential publications that stimulate follow-up and draw attention to the organization's new products. Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Improves and operates social influencer programs and attends social influencers' events.
- Reports on website traffic and monitoring and monitoring the configuration of SEO search engines.
- It uses analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro and Facebook Insights to track and evaluate the company's performance on social media sites.
- Always see changes on all social media platforms to ensure you get the most out.
- Train your team and colleagues to use social media in a way that benefits the brand.
- Facilitates online chats with customers and the target audience and responds to various queries.
- It reports comments and problems facing customers and ensures that they are resolved.
- Develops and schedules publications to help increase site visits and audience interaction.
- Oversees the design and creation of social media accounts.
- Proposes new ways to attract potential customers such as promotions and competitions.
- Continues to set up content for social networking.
**Basic Requirements**:

- Bachelor's in the press, the media, or the Marketing and business management or something like that.
- 5 years practical experience, including 2 years experience in the field of e-commerce and marketing.
- Fluency in Arabic and English typing.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to write reports and correspondences in English.
