We are actively seeking an experienced Social Media Accounts Manager with proficiency in both English and Arabic and a keen understanding of the evolving digital marketing landscape.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute comprehensive social media strategies across diverse platforms, ensuring enhancement of brand visibility and engagement.
- Oversee and curate content calendars, ensuring consistency and relevancy in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop, edit, and disseminate high-quality content inclusive of text, images, videos, and graphics.
- Monitor, respond to, and manage audience engagement on all platforms, ensuring timely and professional interactions.
- Evaluate social media performance metrics, extract insights, and furnish regular analytical reports to inform future strategies.
- Remain updated with the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing and social media, ensuring the integration of best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, ensuring cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising initiatives, targeting specific audiences in line with campaign objectives.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in managing social media accounts and strategizing digital marketing efforts.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages, with exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Aptitude in content creation, copywriting, and editing tailored for social media platforms.
- Analytical skills with the capability to interpret performance data and extract actionable insights.
- Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and projects efficiently.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to the evolving requirements of digital marketing trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with specific industry-related social media tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools.
- Basic proficiency in graphic design tools for content creation on social media.
- Previous collaborations with influencers or experience managing influencer partnerships.
