Short summary of the job: Consultants with solid experience in Supply Chain Management including inventory, sourcing and store management experience. The consultants are expected to have a basic understanding of Oracle ERP. In addition, the incumbent should understand the end-to-end SCM business processes and should be able to handle the operations on daily basis.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or in any other relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years experience of which 2 years of mandatory experience in SCM operations.

- Responsible for end-to-end operations of all PHCC health center stores.
- Coordinate with storekeepers daily to understand the requirements and advice item movements to avoid bottle necks and stock outs.
- Constant interaction with end users and assessment of their demands/ new requirements.
- Provide periodic reports and requested information such as consumption reports for health centers, central warehouse, to management. Monitors calculate and update min max for items based on trend analysis for all individual health center stores.
- Maintain tracking sheets for short allocation and follow up with the planning team for procurement status.
- Obtain clarifications from end users and highlight to the managers concerned for any abnormal consumptions found.
- Coordinate with end users for recovery of overstocked items, if required.
- Manage all end user escalations in Risk and Incident Management portal and reply to them timely.
- Advise on Inter Organizational transfers between health centre stores based on consumption and stock availability in case of emergency.
- Responsible Shot-expiry items tracking and stock rotation between health centre stores and main warehouse.
- Responsible for tracking ‘Item Ageing’ and advise health centre stores on inventory shuffling.
- Identify current and potential product shortages, develop and execute recovery, advise interested parties such as item owners/end users on status reports and recovery plans.
- Support different stakeholders for Annual stock count in PHCC stores and Central Warehouse.
