**Duties & Responsibilities:

**Design & Planning**:

- Lead and manage the architectural design and planning for fit-out projects, ensuring that all designs are functional, aesthetic, and aligned with client requirements.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D renderings for interior spaces.
- Collaborate with interior designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive design solutions.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee the fit-out process from design development through to project completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of fit-out works.
- Monitor budgets, costs, and timelines to ensure the project stays on track.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting designs and progress updates.
- Address client feedback and make necessary adjustments to the designs as needed.
- Ensure that all client requirements and expectations are met to the highest standards.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure the quality of work and adherence to building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure work is being carried out according to the design specifications.
