**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Lead planning and implementation of Software Projects (Initiation through Closure) and serve as the main point of contact during all project phases
- Facilitate definition of project scope, goals, deliverables and project meetings - internal and external
- Manage Customers' implicit and explicit business requirements and ensure they are addressed within our solution footprint and agreed SOW
- Effectively prepare for and address project issues, risks and/or changes that may arise and generate project measurement reporting for management and stakeholders
- Ensure projects meet established goals, objectives, and company standards with conformance to Milaha's quality standards
- Support business with business case preparation and feasibility studies for new projects and initiatives
- Identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary to resolve issues affecting our ability to deliver on Customers' expectations
- Responsible for adherence to project plan and budgets for projects. Recommends corrective and preventive actions and implements them
- Procures internal and external resources. Allocates project staff with required competencies to meet project objectives
- Leads moderately-complex communications and/or negotiations with internal or external stakeholders and maintain vendor relationships
- Identifies and manages program enhancements and process improvements. Conducts project reviews through the life of the project
- Develops project management and resource strategies including staffing requirements, budgets, and tools. Defines architectural standards and methodologies to ensure support of near-term and strategic business goals.
- Acting as manager to a staff oriented in matrix management techniques, including negotiating with senior management on resource allocations, project responsibilities and tasking as well as mentoring and training resources as necessary
- Communicating project status to team members as well as management including project status presentations to executives both inside and outside Milaha
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

**Education & Professional Qualification**:
