**Education & Professional Qualification**:
Bachelor's degree of Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent work-related experience with formal qualifications in Project Management

**Professional Experience**:

- Minimum 10 years' software delivery experience in large organizations
- Proficient with Waterfall and Agile development methodologies
- Proficient with software quality assurance and release management processes
- ERP implementation experience for large enterprises
- Experience managing complex enterprise deployments
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, influence and gain commitment at all levels of the organization
- Good change management skills, flexible and collaborative spirit.
- Experience implementing projects utilizing industry standard system life cycle methodologies including iterative project planning, design, development and management of project teams which utilize business analysts and testers.
- Ability to lead meetings effectively by web or phone
- Positive, customer focused attitude with a desire to exceed Customer expectations

**Geographic Experience**:
A plus

**Computer Skills**:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Project, Visio, SharePoint and SQL

**Language Skills**:
English is mandatory and preferably one more language

**Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge**:

- Possesses a solid understanding of project management methodologies, processes and best practices;
- Ability to understand how customers are leveraging information through their downstream process and systems

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Lead planning and implementation of Software Projects (Initiation through Closure) and serve as the main point of contact during all project phases
- Facilitate definition of project scope, goals, deliverables and project meetings - internal and external
- Manage Customers' implicit and explicit business requirements and ensure they are addressed within our solution footprint and agreed SOW
- Effectively prepare for and address project issues, risks and/or changes that may arise and generate project measurement reporting for management and stakeholders
- Ensure projects meet established goals, objectives, and company standards with conformance to Milaha's quality standards
- Support business with business case preparation and feasibility studies for new projects and initiatives
- Identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary to resolve issues affecting our ability to deliver on Customers' expectations
- Responsible for adherence to project plan and budgets for projects. Recommends corrective and preventive actions and implements them
- Procures internal and external resources. Allocates project staff with required competencies to meet project objectives
- Leads moderately-complex communications and/or negotiations with internal or external stakeholders and maintain vendor relationships
- Identifies and manages program enhancements and process improvements. Conducts project reviews through the life of the project
- Develops project management and resource strategies including staffing requirements, budgets, and tools. Defines architectural standards and methodologies to ensure support of near-term and strategic business goals.
- Acting as manager to a staff oriented in matrix management techniques, including negotiating with senior management on resource allocations, project responsibilities and tasking as well as mentoring and training resources as necessary
- Communicating project status to team members as well as management including project status presentations to executives both inside and outside Milaha
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

**Education & Professional Qualification**:
