**Job Title: IT Intern**

**Location: Doha, Qatar.**

**Job Type: Internship (Paid, Full-time)**

**AL Jedad Holding** is a fast-growing company. We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Intern to join our team. This internship will give you valuable hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, and ERP systems like Odoo.

**Position Overview**:
As an IT Intern, you will assist our IT team with various tasks, including troubleshooting, system maintenance, and supporting business software. You’ll gain exposure to Odoo and other key IT systems while learning from experienced professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with general IT support tasks, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Help maintain and update internal systems and software, including Odoo.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of IT systems and user accounts.
- Support system testing, updates, and backups.
- Help document IT procedures and maintain technical records.
- Provide support to staff and help resolve day-to-day technical issues.

**Requirements**:

- Current enrollment in a degree program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- Basic knowledge of Odoo ERP (experience or familiarity with its modules is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer networks, hardware, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
