**Job Summary**:
The Merchandiser for Garments and Accessories will oversee the planning, development, and presentation of clothing and accessory collections in-store. This role focuses on maximizing sales through effective product selection, display, and management, aligned with brand standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Selection**: Coordinate with buyers and vendors to choose garments and accessories that meet market demands and brand vision.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels and coordinate reorders to ensure optimal inventory, reducing overstock and stockouts.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Design and update displays to highlight key items and seasonal trends, enhancing customer engagement.
- **Sales Analysis**: Track sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to optimize the assortment and display strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, promotions, and special events in the garments and accessories sections.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of merchandising experience, preferably in garments or fashion retail.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
