We’re seeking a creative Visual Merchandiser to enhance our retail store’s aesthetic appeal and ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. If you have an eye for design, a knack for storytelling through visuals, and a passion for retail, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities:

- **Visual Display Creation**: Design and implement eye-catching visual displays that align with our brand’s image and seasonal themes.
- **Store Layout Management**: Plan and execute the store layout to maximize space, ensure product visibility, and create an inviting shopping environment.
- **Product Presentation**: Arrange merchandise in an appealing manner to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- **Theme Development**: Develop and execute visual themes for special promotions, new product launches, and holiday seasons.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on the latest retail and design trends to keep our store’s visual presentation fresh and competitive.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and promotional activities.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure timely replenishment of displays.
- **Customer Insights**: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve visual merchandising strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Interior Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills..
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with window displays and in-store installations.
- Knowledge of lighting, color theory, and space utilization.
- Familiarity with visual merchandising best practices and standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
