Shop Drawing and As built drawings for consultant Approval/Contracting.
- Create 2D and 3D CAD drawings.
- Prepare ELECTRICAL LAYOUT, LIGHTING LAYOUT
- Develop comprehensive construction documents.
- Schedules for IFC Drawings and Shop Drawings.
- Review IFC, Contract related drawings and report discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with building standards and codes.
- Visit sites to assess conditions and gather measurements.
- Verify and updating drawings as per comments.

**Minimum Experience Required**:

- Diploma in Design/Architecture/Civil is preferred
- 3- 7 years experience & 5+ years of minimum Qatar experience
- Knowledge in Architectural/Interior Designing/Joinery/ Fit Out Industry.
- General Knowledge of the interior fit out/joinery industry & competition
- Knowledge in Space Planning & Commercial Interior Environment, Fit out detailing, Specifications, Suppliers & Materials is a must

**Software Knowledge**:
AutoCAD

**Experience**:

- Architectural/Interior Design/Fit Out: 10 years (required)
- Qatar: 5 years (required)
