- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
- Managing inbound shipments, outbound shipments, warehousing and distribution operations.
- Receiving shipments in warehouse, checking the received stocks for damage and shortages. Completing the GRN in ERP.
- Managing all outbound shipments, creating transfer orders and sales order in the ERP.
- Manage daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
- Responsible for inventory stored in the warehouse.
- Managing all ecommerce orders from receiving orders to processing and dispatching the deliveries to customers.
- Managing phone calls and coordinating with ecommerce customers.
- Arranging deliveries to retailers as per the delivery schedule and delivers for ecommerce orders.
- Responsible for managing clearance of all import shipments.
- Obtaining Ministry approval for games.
- Dealing with clearance agents to manage the shipment clearance.
- Suggesting plans and programs that strive to improve the effectiveness of the Customs Clearance Section.
**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role.
- Knowledge about managing warehouse and inventory.
- Knowledge of managing shipment clearance with customs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Available to work extended hours.

**Salary**: QAR6,500.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
