Solid understanding of Contract Forms with emphasis on FIDIC (desirable but not essential) and Alternate Dispute Resolutions\
- Quantity Surveyor experience, skills and qualifications are desirable but not essential
- Experience of the railway industry, or design and build, or operations and maintenance environments is desirable.
- Strong on Contract Management
- Strong on relationship management with strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong on performance measurement with emphasis on cost analysis
- Understands commercial processes and impact in a contract management environment.
- Analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong team player and positive contributor to collaborative working including when faced with resistance.
- Proactive and works under pressure
- Objective, resilience, and balanced in approach
- Ability to quickly identify issues, provide a solution, and complete.
- Knowledge of key systems including Aconex and SAP
- 10-years’ experience with 5 years in similar role
- Experience and work in the Qatar or the Middle East is desirable.

**Salary**: QAR35,000.00 - QAR40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Contract Managerial & Management: 10 years (required)
- FIDIC (desirable but not essential): 10 years (required)
- Railway industry or design and build,: 10 years (required)
- Aconex and SAP: 10 years (required)
- Qatar or the Middle East: 10 years (required)
