- Review and implement the recommendations of SAP EarlyWatch sessions
- Interact with SAP development teams, configuration teams, various technical support teams, and business stakeholders to optimize and maintain the overall SAP reliability, availability, and performance.
- Research, identify, and formally present opportunities to increase productivity, improve quality, and reduce costs for SAP landscape
- Maintain standard operating procedures and documentation.
- Research new and better ways of solving business problems using SAP Technologies
- Mentor/provides technical guidance to other systems analysts, programmer analysts and SAP developers

Communicate timely and relevant status updates (both verbal and written) to team members and management
