Social Media Account Manager Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Account Manager to lead our client social media projects. This role acts as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their brand needs, developing social media objectives and strategies, overseeing content creation, ensuring timely approvals, and reporting on results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary contact for assigned social media clients, gathering their business objectives, target audience insights, and campaign goals.
- Develop clear social media objectives aligned with client needs and marketing strategies.
- Create content pillars that align with the brand’s voice, objectives, and audience interests.
- Build monthly content calendars based on approved content pillars, balancing a mix of static posts, videos, carousels, reels, and stories.
- Collaborate with creative strategists, designers, and video teams to bring content concepts to life.
- Ensure all creatives are developed according to brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Present content plans and creatives to clients for feedback and approval.
- Make revisions as needed, maintain clear communication, and ensure sign-offs before publishing.
- Schedule and publish content across relevant social media platforms.
- Prepare end-of-month performance reports showcasing key metrics, content highlights, and actionable recommendations.
- Analyze what’s working and propose adjustments to improve future results.

Requirements:

- Comfortable communicating in both English and Arabic, which is important for managing clients and creating culturally relevant content.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) managing social media accounts, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong skills in developing social media strategies and content plans.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and cross team coordination.
- Ability to understand brand tone and translate it into effective content pillars and calendars.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts.

**Experience**:

- relevant work : 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic and English fluently (preferred)
