Respond to all technical inquiries from all the branches by phone and if necessary, go to the place and provide technical assistance Provides technical support to customers for all technical related inquiries Maintain a relationship with reception and workshop personnel and provide regular informal feedback on current technical issues Conduct technical training to team members and customers when required Assists as directed to carry out the goals and responsibilities of the department regarding technical concerns Attends TMC certification training for enhancement of technical skillsHousing and Transportation (Allowances or Company Provided)Allowances QAR 5,200Additional Benefits (Family, if applicable)Medical + Ticket for Spouse based on QIDCommission or Incentive Scheme (If applicable, indicate frequency)Incentive - monthly
