The role requires a candidate with strong administrative skills and the ability to work independently to ensure the smooth handling of confidential documents and contracts. Key Responsibilities: Contract Management Support: Assist in the preparation, review, and organization of contract documents, amendments, and related correspondence.Administrative Operations: Manage and maintain comprehensive digital and physical filing systems for all critical documents, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes.Scheduling and Coordination: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and draft/prepare meeting minutes, ensuring all relevant parties are informed.Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (calls, emails, letters), screening and prioritizing communication for management.Compliance & Risk: Assist in tracking contract deadlines and requirements to ensure compliance with contractual obligations (This is a common duty for Contract Secretaries).Document Control: Ensure all business documents are professionally crafted, accurate, and distributed to relevant parties in a timely manner. Qualifications & Experience: Educational Qualification: Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience Required: Must have relevant experience in research or a similar field.Professional Attributes:Must project a professional appearance and demeanor.Must possess a confident personality and ability to work independently.Desired Skills: Excellent writing and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
