BELOW IS THE JOB PROFILE.

· Provide support to the sales team by assisting with all sales-related activities of the division.

· Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery reports, using SAP tools, and follow up on any sales quotations made for clients.

. Preparing Submittals and sample boards for projects submission.

· Write accurate and professional sales correspondence.

· Effectively communicate with customers in a professional manner.

· Coordinate the ordering and delivery of goods to customers.

· Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, processing information, completing paperwork, and filing documents.

· Follow up with customers to confirm orders or delivery dates and address any other related concerns to ensure a positive business transaction.

· Provide administrative support across the organization, including managing the reception area, answering, and directing phone calls, and performing general administrative tasks.

· Prepare accurate and timely management sales reports.

· Track sales orders to ensure they are scheduled and sent out on time.

· Coordinate with respective factories.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3, QAR4,000.00 per month
