Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for both infrastructure and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and hardware-related issues.
  • Identify and diagnose application-related problems, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate with networking and hardware teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support end-users with technical queries and escalations.
  • Ensure system uptime and performance as per agreed SLAs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and application support.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve application-related issues.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent will be an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing or resident engineer role.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4, QAR6,000.00 per month
