Operations Support Lead

Your Impact
As our Operations Support Lead, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our platform reliable, efficient, and future-ready. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Run the Show
    – Lead daily operations to ensure high availability and performance
  • Lead the Team
    – Mentor and guide our operations crew to deliver excellence
  • Cloud Mastery
    – Monitor and optimize Azure/Google Cloud environments, manage costs and resources
  • Handle Incidents Like a Pro
    – Build response plans and lead resolution efforts
  • Keep It Secure
    – Enforce security best practices and ensure compliance
  • Plan for Growth
    – Analyze performance and scale systems for future demand
  • Automate & Improve
    – Spot opportunities to streamline and enhance operations
  • Prepare for the Unexpected
    – Own disaster recovery and business continuity planning


What You Bring

  • 5+ years in cloud-based technical operations
  • Solid grasp of cloud computing, IaC, and DevOps
  • Hands-on experience with Azure or Google Cloud
  • Strong security and compliance know-how
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
