Role Overview:

Inspire Management Training Centre is seeking a qualified and dynamic
Freelance Trainer
to deliver the
Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP)
training program. The trainer will be responsible for providing engaging, practical, and industry-relevant sessions that equip participants with the essential knowledge to design, maintain, and manage mission-critical data centers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the
    CDCP
    course content as per the official certification guidelines and Inspire standards.
  • Facilitate interactive sessions that combine theory with real-world applications and case studies.
  • Ensure participants understand data centre design principles, power and cooling systems, and operational management.
  • Provide guidance and support to trainees during assessments and certification preparation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on data centre technologies, standards, and best practices.
  • Prepare and submit training reports, attendance records, and feedback forms to the training coordinator.
  • Represent Inspire professionally and uphold the quality and reputation of the training centre.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Certified CDCP Trainer
    (officially accredited by EPI or relevant body).
  • Minimum
    5 years of professional experience
    in data centre operations, infrastructure, or IT facilities management.
  • Proven experience in delivering technical training or workshops.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Ability to adapt delivery style for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in delivering other EPI courses (CDCS, CDCE) is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of ISO/IEC standards related to data centres (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO
  • Flexible to conduct onsite or virtual training sessions.

Contract Type:

  • Freelance / Per-Session Basis
