About the Role:

Inspire Management Training Centre (IMTC) is seeking an experienced
Freelance Trainer
to deliver the
Global Tax Practitioner
program. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging and practical sessions covering international taxation principles, compliance, and best practices relevant to businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions on global taxation systems and frameworks.
  • Cover topics such as
    corporate taxation, VAT/GST, double taxation treaties, transfer pricing, and international tax planning
    .
  • Customize and align course content to meet the needs of diverse participant backgrounds and industries.
  • Use real-world examples and case studies to ensure practical understanding.
  • Prepare training materials, exercises, and assessments aligned with course objectives.
  • Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure all sessions align with Inspire Management Training Centre's quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as
    CPA, CA, ACCA, CTA (Chartered Tax Adviser), or equivalent
    are highly preferred.
  • Minimum
    5 years of professional experience
    in taxation or financial consultancy.
  • Proven experience delivering
    taxation or finance-related training
    to professionals.
  • Strong understanding of
    international tax frameworks
    , including GCC VAT, OECD guidelines, and global compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to conduct sessions both
    in-person and online
    .
