Role Overview

The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) will be Valeo Health's first hire in Qatar, tasked with launching and scaling the business from the ground up. This role is both strategic and operational — ideal for an entrepreneurial leader who thrives in zero-to-one environments. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead market entry, regulatory setup, partnership development, and early growth initiatives that drive adoption among patients, clinics, and insurers.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead Valeo Health's operational setup in Qatar


• Design and execute go-to-market strategies across D2C and B2B2C channels.


• Build relationships with local healthcare stakeholders (clinics, labs, insurers, wellness programs).
• Recruit and manage the initial cross-functional team to support local operations.
• Drive early user acquisition and brand localization for the Qatari market.


• Track KPIs (acquisition cost, engagement, retention) and optimize performance iteratively.
• Represent Valeo Health in discussions with local authorities, investors, and partners.


• Pilot and test new health and wellness initiatives tailored to local consumer and regulatory realities. Qualifications and Experience


• 5–8 years of experience in startups, operations, or healthcare innovation.


• Strong understanding of Qatar's healthcare and wellness ecosystem


• Proven track record launching or scaling new businesses, ideally in tech or healthcare.


• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and deliver measurable impact.


• Fluent in English;


• Deep passion for advancing longevity, wearable health, and metabolic wellness through innovation.
