We are looking for a Sales Lady to join our Abaya boutique team urgently. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-oriented, and have prior experience in the Abaya or fashion retail industry.

Responsibilities:


•Greet and assist customers in selecting Abayas.


•Take accurate measurements and record customer details for custom orders.


•Handle customer inquiries and orders professionally in person, via phone, and through WhatsApp.


•Maintain the visual presentation of the store and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.


•Process sales transactions efficiently and maintain accurate sales records.


•Support in managing stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment.


•Work across different branches and flexible timings as required.


•Provide excellent customer service and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


•Minimum height: 5'4"


•Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role within the Abaya or fashion retail industry, preferably in a Gulf country.


•Well-groomed and presentable appearance.


•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


•Knowledge in taking measurements, managing orders, and customer follow-ups via WhatsApp.


•Efficient, organized, and able to work under pressure.


•Flexible to work in different branches and shifts as needed.


•Able to join immediately.
