يعلن مركز الشفلح عن رغبته في تعيين مدرس/ة تربية خاصة للانضمام إلى فريق العمل المتخصص في دعم وتمكين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، وذلك في بيئة مهنية متميزة تركز على الجودة والتكامل.
المسمى الوظيفي: مدرس/ة تربية خاصة
مكان العمل: الدوحة - قطر
نوع العقد: دوام كامل
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تنفيذ الخطط التربوية الفردية وفقًا لاحتياجات كل منتسب
- إعداد وتنفيذ الأنشطة التعليمية اليومية في بيئة صفية آمنة ومحفّزة
- تقييم أداء الطلاب بشكل دوري ورفع تقارير مفصلة
- التعاون مع فريق متعدد التخصصات (العلاج الطبيعي، النطق، النفسي، إلخ) لضمان شمولية الخدمات
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات التربوية والتطوير المهني المستمر
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- بكالوريوس في التربية الخاصة أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال التعليم أو العمل مع ذوي الإعاقة
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية)

Shafallah Center invites applications for the position of
Special Education Teacher
to join our multidisciplinary team dedicated to empowering persons with disabilities in a high-quality, integrated, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each learner's needs.
Plan and deliver daily instructional activities in a safe, engaging classroom setting.
Conduct regular student assessments and prepare detailed progress reports.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (e.g., physiotherapy, speech and language therapy, psychology) to ensure holistic services.
Participate in educational meetings and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a closely related field.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in education or in services for persons with disabilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is an asset.
