Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Spoken English Trainer to deliver high-quality communication skills training to learners at various proficiency levels. The trainer will be responsible for improving learners' fluency, pronunciation, grammar usage, confidence, and overall communication effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Spoken English training sessions for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
  • Teach English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills effectively.
  • Facilitate interactive learning through discussions, role plays, presentations, and practical speaking activities.
  • Assess participants' language proficiency and identify individual areas for improvement.
  • Develop lesson plans, training materials, and exercises tailored to learner needs.
  • Provide constructive feedback and track participants' progress.
  • Create an engaging, supportive, and motivating learning environment.
  • Customize training programs for corporate groups, students, or professionals as required.
  • Conduct periodic assessments and prepare learner progress reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, Communication, or any related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Spoken English, ESL, or Communication Skills Trainer.
  • Excellent command of the English language with clear pronunciation and fluency.
  • Strong knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, and communication techniques.
  • Ability to teach in both classroom and online formats.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to engage diverse learners and adapt teaching styles based on their needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification (added advantage).
  • Experience in corporate communication training.
  • Ability to design customized training modules.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: QAR QAR50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
