English Speaking Management Freelance Trainer

We are building a pool of qualified English-speaking Management Trainers to collaborate with us on a freelance, on-call basis.

This is not a full-time or part-time position. Trainers will be contacted only when a relevant training program is confirmed and aligned with their expertise.

Scope of Collaboration

Selected trainers will be engaged on a per-training agreement, depending on client needs, schedules, and program requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional management and leadership training programs in English
  • Customize training content to match client objectives and industry context
  • Facilitate interactive sessions, workshops, and discussions
  • Assess trainee engagement and learning outcomes
  • Submit basic post-training reports or feedback when required

Requirements

  • Certified Trainer (TOT – Training of Trainers certificate is mandatory)
  • Proven experience delivering management or professional training programs
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work on a freelance, project-based basis
  • Availability to deliver training on short notice (when required)

  • Freelance collaboration

  • No fixed monthly salary or guaranteed volume
