Utilities Incharge

Job Description:

We are looking for a Utilities Incharge to manage and oversee all utility-related operations for our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and processing monthly utility bills, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining coordination with service providers such as Kahramaa, Qatar Cool, Garbage, Lift, and Woqod.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly utility bills (Kahramaa, Qatar Cool, Garbage, Lift, and Woqod).
• Ensure timely payment and proper record-keeping of all utility expenses.
• Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and finance department.
• Monitor and report on utility consumption and cost efficiency.
• Handle any issues or discrepancies related to utilities.
• Maintain organized documentation for all utility-related transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in real estate or facility management).
• Good knowledge of Kahramaa and Qatar Cool billing systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting practices.
• Valid QID with NOC (mandatory).
• Driving license preferred.
• Able to join immediately.
