Job Title: Utilities Officer / Incharge (Kahramaa)

Location: Doha, Qatar

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are looking for a Utilities Officer / Incharge to handle all matters related to Kahramaa (Electricity and Water Authority). The candidate will be responsible for managing new connection applications, follow-ups, and discounted or existing connection processes, as well as overseeing all Kahramaa-related documentation and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Kahramaa applications for new electricity and water connections.
  • Process and follow up on discounted or existing connection requests.
  • Coordinate with Kahramaa departments and relevant authorities to ensure timely approvals.
  • Prepare and submit all required documents and forms for connection applications.
  • Manage and update records of Kahramaa accounts, bills, and payments.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Kahramaa regulations and standards.
  • Support management in all utility-related projects and correspondence.
  • Handle any disconnection, reconnection, or meter-related issues.
  • Prepare reports on utility usage, costs, and connection status.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience handling Kahramaa-related work in Qatar.
  • Strong knowledge of Kahramaa connection procedures and documentation.
  • Valid Qatar ID (QID) and NOC.
  • Qatar Driving License required.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary: Based on experience Availability: Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
