Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-presented and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, handling calls, and providing general administrative support to ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition.
  • Manage visitor logs and ensure proper security procedures are followed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, packages, and mail.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating conference rooms.
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain office supplies and handle related procurement requests.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk officer, preferably in Qatar or the GCC.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be presentable, courteous, and customer service–oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3, QAR4,000.00 per month
